Job summary

Sunbelt Rentals seeks a National Strategic Account Manager to support Pacific Northwest strategic accounts and relocate to a West Coast metro when offered. The role includes direct engagement with key accounts, travel across regions, and building a scalable account program with national visibility.

Qualifications

• Outside sales experience with proven revenue growth.
• Territory management with multi-state exposure.
• Ability to travel 75% to 85% as required.
• Willingness to relocate if needed or work from home with travel.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate sales calls with local Sales Reps on Strategic Account affiliates.
• Develop relationships with Strategic Account offices to become the first call for customers.
• Identify additional regional/national companies for potential $100k+ annual rental revenue gains.
• Limit to six targeted customers for compensation eligibility and criteria compliance.
• Create a list of Sales Reps per Strategic Account and follow up every two weeks.
• Provide detailed travel schedule four weeks out, updated biweekly.
• Attend national/regional trade shows as necessary.
• Keep TM and VP informed of daily/weekly activities.
• Address major issues at the Sales Rep level via training or action.
• Advise on National Pricing vs. making a call to customers.
• Improve communications to Sales Reps and Rental Managers.
