Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, facilities management, or related field.
• 3–5 years in account management, sales, or client services.
• Experience in facilities maintenance or building services preferred.
• Knowledge of OSHA, EPA regulations is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Act as primary contact for key accounts and develop long-term client relationships.
• Negotiate contracts, pricing, and service agreements with clients.
• Monitor quality control and coordinate with operations and technicians.
• Develop service schedules and preventive maintenance plans per client requests.
• Analyze account performance using KPIs and service reports.
