Job summary

Express Employment International seeks a dynamic leader at its Corporate Headquarters in Oklahoma City to strengthen and grow strategic client relationships. You will lead a team of Account Development Consultants responsible for key accounts generating substantial revenue and require a blend of strategic leadership, client development, and operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Must have strong strategic account management and business development acumen.
• Proven leadership, coaching, and performance management capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Develop strategic account plans to strengthen partnerships and drive growth.
• Lead a team of Account Development Consultants delivering key client relationships.
• Provide franchisees, field teams, and HQ training on account strategies and tools.
• Monitor KPIs and ensure alignment across sales, accounts, and implementation.
