SCCE & HCCA is seeking an Account Manager Exhibits Sponsorships Digital in Eden Prairie, MN to manage and grow exhibitor, sponsor, and digital advertiser relationships across conferences and year-round channels.

The role focuses on retaining and expanding an established customer base while proactively identifying new business opportunities, expanding multi-event packages, and creating year-round agreements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Advertising, or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years B2B account management, sponsorships, digital advertising, or related field.
• Proven ability to retain and grow customer relationships and revenue.
• Ability to present and package offerings, negotiate within guidelines, and close deals.
• Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Willingness to travel 4–8x per year (including weekends).

Responsabilités

• Manage and grow relationships with exhibitors, sponsors, and digital advertisers.
• Understand customer audiences, marketing objectives, and budgets; recommend exhibits, sponsorships, and digital advertising opportunities.
• Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities across events and channels.
• Develop proposals, negotiate and close agreements within approved pricing and terms.
• Maintain CRM records, pipeline activity, forecasts, and renewal information.
• Collaborate with leadership on pricing, packaging, and annual agreements.
• Attend conferences to build relationships and resolve customer issues onsite.
