Job summary

Beacon EmbeddedWorks in Eden Prairie, MN is seeking an Account Executive to manage assigned customer accounts, grow Beacon’s wallet-share, and serve as the main interface between the customer and Beacon. Qualifications

• 5+ years experience in account management or similar role in electronics industry.
• Ability to effectively bring together internal resources to create and deliver winning solutions.
• Proven skills to establish schedules, timelines, action plans, budgets and project tracking.
• Excellent verbal and written communications skills and strong negotiation skills.
• MS Office tools proficiency (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint).
• Able to manage multiple tasks with urgency in a fast-paced environment; adherence to QMS.

Responsibilities

• Manage assigned accounts by representing Beacon’s team externally with clients and internally with team members.
• Effective day-to-day client communication related to current and upcoming projects.
• Oversee pricing and costing to achieve margin targets; lead internal project teams.
• Establish and build relationships with business leaders at all levels.
• Stay connected to clients and market to access new opportunities and engage viable clients regularly.
• Identify opportunities to fulfill customer requirements cost effectively and propose alternatives where appropriate.
• Elevate issues in a timely manner.
