Job summary

Grundfos in the United States seeks an Engineer, Support Specialist to strengthen strategic customer relationships within our Commercial Building Services division. You’ll resolve complex inquiries, manage order-to-delivery, and grow business with key accounts.

Ideal candidates have engineering training, pump industry exposure, and proficiency in SAP/CRM tools, Excel, Power BI, and dashboard reporting. Hybrid work from Brookshire, TX is available.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related technical field; direct customer-facing engagement experience preferred.
• 3+ years of pump industry experience with customer-facing exposure.
• Proficiency with SAP R/3 or S/4HANA and CRM platforms preferred; strong MS Office skills including Excel macros, VLOOKUP, PowerPoint and Power BI.
• Hybrid schedule based out of the Brookshire, TX facility; U.S. work authorization required.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the dedicated support contact for strategic accounts across order-to-delivery lifecycle (quotations, orders, tracking, resolution).
• Develop and execute strategic account plans to drive sales and strengthen engagement.
• Process and manage complex orders, coordinate changes, and consolidate shipments for project-based sales.
• Organize and deliver training and onboarding for strategic account employees, including CSSC materials and sales presentations.
• Collaborate with Sales, Regional Managers, Finance, and Supply Chain to resolve disputes and supply chain concerns.
• Promote Groudfos digital self-help tools and provide regular reporting on account performance, opportunities, and risks.
