Job summary

Manifold is seeking a Director, Strategic Accounts to own the Broad Institute relationship and drive strategic outcomes. You will serve as the operational and programmatic contact, ensuring alignment with Broad leadership and internal teams.

You will identify expansion opportunities with Broad labs and oversee governance via the Joint Steering Committee, while coordinating with Product, Legal, and Professional Services. You will report progress to the executive team.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated ability to earn trust with PhD-level scientific and technical stakeholders.
• Experience running a program, product, or platform in research or grant-funded contexts.
• Excellent executive-level communication and relationship management skills.

Responsibilities

• Own Manifold's relationship with the Broad Institute and drive customer health and account growth.
• Coordinate with Legal, Product, and Professional Services for seamless partnership delivery.
• Identify opportunities to expand usage and bring new labs onto Manifold.
• Lead the Joint Steering Committee and manage discussions that shape the partnership trajectory.
• Report status, 90-day priorities, and adoption progress to the executive team.
