Job summary

The Broad Institute, Cambridge, MA, is seeking an Operations Manager to support CTG integration across multi-institution partnerships. This on-site role requires coordinating governance, budgets, and program milestones with Broad, JAX-RDTC, and BCH teams.

You will enable efficient execution, maintain timelines, and build scalable processes while communicating complex ideas clearly to leadership and partners.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in project or alliance management across multi-institution programs.
• Bachelor's degree required; master's preferred; science/medicine background preferred.
• Proven ability to manage complex projects, timelines, and budgets.

Responsibilities

• Provide operational and logistical support for CTG's governance, strategy, finance, and operations.
• Coordinate with CTG leadership and partners to meet strategic goals and compliance.
• Manage CTG operations budget and reporting to sponsors and partner institutions.
• Support governance gates and meetings for CTG boards and councils.
• Partner with program leads to ensure milestones and timelines are met.
