Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Own the overall account strategy and forecast for each institution within the assigned territory.
• Lead complex contract negotiations with senior academic and administrative leaders.
• Develop multi-year growth, retention, and expansion plans aligned with institutional priorities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive renewal timelines, upsell, and value realization.
• Manage IA/EA/CUI data, using insights to inform strategy and decision-making.
