Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field.
• 10 years of client services experience in healthcare or PBM.
• 7 years of leadership / people management experience.

Responsabilidades

• Provide strategic leadership to the employer group retention function for large/complex health plans.
• Monitor performance against contracts and establish SOPs and reporting requirements.
• Develop and maintain executive relationships with health plan clients and pharmacy leadership teams to maximize renewals and product adoption.
