Prime Therapeutics is seeking a Sr. Director of Account Management (Remote) to lead the strategic relationship with Health Plan clients on employer/ASO books. The role focuses on client satisfaction, retention, and cross-functional alignment across Prime and health plan teams.

Responsibilities include driving renewals, collaborating with sales, and building executive client partnerships to expand product adoption. Must have extensive healthcare client services experience and US work eligibility.

Qualifications

• 10 years of relevant client services experience in healthcare or pharmacy benefit management.
• 7 years of leadership / people management experience.
• Must be eligible to work in the United States without visa or sponsorship.

Responsabilités

• Provide strategic leadership to the employer group retention function of large or complex health plans.
• Serve as point of escalation and accountable leader for issue resolution and relationship management across employer groups.
• Analyze processes and other data to monitor performance against contracts and prevent repeat issues in the future.
• Ensure SOPs, reporting requirements and other operational activities are documented for consistent service.
• Collaborate with health plan engagement and sales teams to maintain direct relationships with clients and pharmacy leadership.
• Develop a consultative, service-oriented partnership to maximize pharmacy spend through renewals and adoption of Prime products.
