Job summary

Prime Therapeutics is seeking an Employer Account Executive to remotely manage multiple accounts, drive strategic plans, and optimize pharmacy spend. You will collaborate with plan and consultant teams to align Prime’s goals with client priorities and lead end-to-end renewal and expansion efforts.

The role emphasizes relationship management, cross-functional leadership, and data-driven client service excellence across healthcare accounts in the United States.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, finance, healthcare administration or related area of study, or equivalent combination of education and/or work experience; HS diploma from an accredited school or equivalent GED required
• 5 years of client service work experience including 2 years of sales and/or account management in healthcare or pharmacy benefit management
• Must be eligible to work in the United States without visa sponsorship

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain key relationships with Plan's account and pharmacy teams and consultants/brokers to influence strategic plans
• Maintain and drive strategic master account plans to ensure client engagement and satisfaction; align Prime's strategy with client plans
• Establish internal relationships to advocate for client interests and drive enterprise solutions
• Lead client meetings with objectives, preparation, materials, and cross-functional follow-through
• Lead proactive consultation with account teams to maximize pharmacy spend and renewals
• Educate groups on industry topics, product developments, and competitive landscape; support audits, presentations, and health fairs
• Manage end-to-end RFP process for renewals, including contract renewal planning and risk analysis
• Document interactions in Salesforce and maintain data as source of truth for client relationships
