Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in business, healthcare administration or related field; or equivalent combination of education and/or work experience.
• 10 years of relevant client services experience in healthcare or pharmacy benefit management.
• 7 years of leadership / people management experience.

Responsabilidades

• Provide strategic leadership to employer group retention across large or complex health plans.
• Analyze processes and data to monitor performance against contracts and document SOPs and reporting requirements.
• Collaborate with engagement and sales teams to maintain direct relationships with health plan clients and pharmacy leadership.
• Develop Go-To-Market strategies with cross-functional partners and establish regular communication cadence to monitor performance.
• Drive adoption of client communication principles and update reporting templates with trend analysis.
• Facilitate strategic discussions on ASO growth, retention strategies and consultant engagement.
• Maintain understanding of industry trends to influence strategic plans and opportunities for service or product innovation.
• Document client interactions in Salesforce to create a trusted source of truth and support analytics cadence.
• Manage department budget, staffing and development while upholding leadership expectations.
