Job summary

Prime Therapeutics is seeking a Senior Director of Employer Accounts (Remote) to oversee strategic relationships with health plan clients and their ASO books. The role drives client renewal, product adoption, and cross-functional collaboration to align Prime solutions with client needs.

Lead a team in maintaining executive relationships, monitoring performance, and implementing Go-To-Market and growth strategies while ensuring a coordinated client experience and efficient operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, Healthcare Administration or related field.
• 10 years of relevant client services experience in healthcare or pharmacy benefit management.
• 7 years of leadership / people management experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership to the employer group retention function; serve as escalation point for issue resolution and relationship management.
• Analyze processes and data to monitor performance against contracts and improve future outcomes.
• Collaborate with health plan client engagement and sales teams to maintain direct relationships with clients and drive renewals.
• Identify and implement cross-functional Go-To-Market strategies and regular performance communication across the enterprise.
• Maintain client communications standards and ensure consistent client experience; update reporting templates.
