Job summary

Responsibilities include leading client meetings, driving strategic plans, and managing the RFP process. Travel up to 40% is expected; healthcare/PBM experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, finance, healthcare administration or related field.
• 5 years of client service experience including 2 years in sales/account management in healthcare or PBM.
• Must be eligible to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain key relationships with Plan's account and pharmacy teams; maintain an intimate understanding of industry trends and priorities.
• Maintain and drive strategic master account plans; ensure client engagement, cross-functional alignment, and contract compliance.
