Job summary

Anuvu is seeking an Account Director to manage a portfolio of airline clients, building long-term relationships while developing new business opportunities. This hybrid role balances client-facing activities with internal collaboration to ensure optimal service delivery.

You will negotiate contracts, drive revenue growth, and coordinate cross-functional teams to meet client objectives and SLAs, while mentoring junior colleagues and expanding our presence across global mobility markets.

Qualifications

• Experience managing accounts with $1M+ revenue
• Strong negotiation and contracting experience
• Experience leading teams in a matrix organization

Responsibilities

• Provide best-in-class customer experience for airline clients
• Primary contact for account management, content selection and service delivery
• Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize revenue and margin
• Ensure timely delivery of solutions according to customer needs and SLAs
• Maintain account plans and drive growth with a solution-oriented approach
• Coach and develop new team members
• Communicate progress to stakeholders and maintain industry networks
• Source and share competitor intelligence and market data
