FUJIFILM Biotechnologies is seeking an Account Director for Advanced Therapies to expand strategic biopharma partnerships and drive top-line growth across CGT capabilities. You will lead cross-functional strategy, align with executive sponsors, and shape opportunities from evaluation through signature, spanning technical transfer and regulatory readiness.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of senior-level biopharma/CDMO account management or business development.
• Proven success managing long-cycle, multi-stakeholder expansions.
• Established network across CGT leaders and influencers.
• Advanced negotiation, presentation, and business writing skills.

Responsibilities

• Own retention and expansion: deliver revenue targets within a defined portfolio; drive cross-sell across CGT value chain.
• Lead executive account strategy: build multi-year plans and QBRs with R&D, CMC, MSAT, QA/RA, Procurement, and Legal stakeholders.
• Translate science to value: position capabilities across process development, tech transfer, GMP manufacturing, QC/release testing, comparability, and PPQ.
• Navigate complex commercial constructs: shape MSAs/SOWs; manage pricing frameworks and change controls; align scope and timelines.
• Drive disciplined execution: maintain forecasts, pipeline hygiene, and data-driven risk updates.
• Represent the brand: lead presence at conferences and tradeshows to generate expansion opportunities.
• Partner for delivery: coordinate with Program Management and sites for on-time milestones and sponsor satisfaction.
• Capture the voice of the customer: provide feedback to inform roadmaps and differentiation.
