Job summary

FUJIFILM Biotechnologies is seeking an Account Director for Advanced Therapies to expand strategic biopharma relationships, translate opportunities into growth, and align our global network's capabilities with program needs.

You will lead multi-year account plans, manage cross-functional stakeholders, and drive cross-sell/upsell across the CGT value chain, ensuring timely delivery and sponsor satisfaction. This is a global, location-flexible role.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in biopharma/CDMO with account management or business development experience.
• Proven success growing complex, multi-site accounts.
• Advanced negotiation, presentation, and business writing skills.

Responsibilities

• Own retention and expansion within a defined portfolio; drive cross-sell/upsell.
• Lead executive account strategy with R&D, CMC, MSAT, QA/RA, Procurement, and Legal stakeholders.
• Translate science to value across process development, tech transfer, scale-up, GMP manufacturing.
• Shape MSAs, SOWs, QoA, pricing frameworks; align scope, risk, and timelines.
• Maintain forecasts, pipeline hygiene, and data-driven risk updates.
• Represent the brand at priority conferences and tradeshows; generate expansion opportunities.
• Coordinate with Program Management and sites for on-time milestones and sponsor satisfaction.
• Capture customer feedback to inform roadmaps and differentiation.
