Qualifications

• 5+ years of senior-level biopharma/CDMO experience in account management, business development, or program management.

Responsibilities

• Own retention and expansion: deliver net revenue retention and expansion targets within a defined portfolio; identify whitespace and drive cross-sell/upsell across the CGT value chain.
• Lead executive account strategy: build multi-year account plans and QBRs with R&D, CMC, MSAT, QA/RA, Procurement, and Legal stakeholders; establish executive sponsorship and governance.
• Translate science to value: position capabilities spanning process and analytical development, tech transfer, scale-up, GMP manufacturing, QC/release testing, comparability, and PPQ.
• Navigate complex commercial constructs: shape and negotiate MSA/SOW/QoA, pricing frameworks, and change controls; align scope, risk, and timelines with capacity and quality requirements.
• Drive disciplined execution: maintain accurate forecasts, pipeline hygiene, and stage conversion; keep systems and leadership current with data-driven updates and risks/mitigations.
• Represent the brand: lead presence at priority conferences and tradeshows; convert visibility into qualified expansion opportunities.
• Partner for delivery: work closely with Program Management and sites to ensure proactive communication, on-time milestones, and high sponsor satisfaction; anticipate capacity needs with Demand Planning.
• Capture the voice of the customer: provide structured feedback to inform solution roadmaps, differentiation, and win rates.
