Job summary

SPECTRAFORCE in Massachusetts is looking for a Client Services Coordinator to support our client accounts by coordinating interview processes, screening candidates, and preparing interview packets and feedback for hiring teams.

You will assist with scheduling, note-taking for supplier calls and interview days, and HRIS updates while building strong relationships with key stakeholders and driving candidate engagement.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Minimum one year of professional or customer service experience.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct candidate phone and/or video screenings and coaching.
• Review resumes and qualify candidates based on client intake calls.
• Create interview packets, review schedules, and request feedback.
• Assist with scheduling and note-taking for supplier calls and interview days.
• Facilitate pay/margin discussions based on candidate/client expectations.
• Update internal HRIS systems and serve as first point of contact for HR inquiries.
• Coordinate with Onboarding Team for background check updates and candidate engagement.
• Track client metrics and identify process improvements.
• Seek opportunities for revenue growth within existing accounts.
• Act as liaison between clients and internal teams to ensure service delivery.
