Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred; not required for contractors if experience offsets education.
• Pharmaceutical ad agency or in-house agency experience preferred.
• Total account management experience: 3-4 years preferred.
• Excellent communication skills: verbal, presentation, written.
• High-energy, organized individual in a high-visibility role.

Responsibilities

• Serve as liaison between Ad Agency and brand teams and manage day-to-day relationships.
• Provide strategic direction to help brand teams meet objectives and sales goals.
• Collaborate with brand team to develop project briefs and tactics.
• Issue client contact reports to communicate key information quickly.
• Review creative development from concept to completion to ensure specs and budgets.
• Facilitate timely communications to ensure projects finish on time and within budget.
• Develop annual forecasts and conduct monthly financial reconciliations.
