Job summary

SPECTRAFORCE is seeking a PR Client Services Coordinator/Associate to serve as the primary contact for applicants, associates, and accounts. You will support recruitment and employee lifecycle, ensuring a positive candidate experience and strong client partnerships.

You will collaborate with MSP teams, TA, and hiring managers to drive YOY account growth, manage offers, and assist with onboarding while working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required with at least 1 year of professional experience.
• Fluency in English and Spanish with strong written and verbal skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks with accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary contact for designated applicants, associates, and accounts.
• Support recruitment and employee lifecycle activities from onboarding to offboarding.
• Maintain client relationships and ensure high-quality candidate experience.
• Assist with offer negotiations and documentation in HRIS systems.
• Monitor timelines and ensure successful onboarding for new hires.
• Generate reports on open requisitions, interviews, and market data.
