Job summary

Numeral is hiring a Senior Partner Alliance Manager, Accounting to build and own relationships with our largest accounting firm partners. You will shape the partner program, identify target firms, and create a playbook for scaling strategic alliances in a fast‑growing AI-native tax company.

You’ll lead joint plans, drive referrals and co‑marketing, and enable partner teams while coordinating with Marketing, Sales, and Product. Travel to partner meetings and events is expected.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in partner or alliance management within accounting/CPA
• Proven track record of growing large strategic partner relationships
• Experience creating partnerships from scratch: targets, pitch, and structuring
• Experience designing joint partnership plans spanning referrals, marketing, enablement, and initiatives
• Strong executive presence to engage senior leaders at accounting firms
• Willingness to travel for partner meetings, conferences, and events

Responsibilities

• Own and grow Numeral's relationships with top accounting and CPA firm partners
• Build partnerships from ground up: target firms, business case, structure and negotiate
• Develop joint partnership plans aligning Numeral and partner goals
• Engage senior partner leadership to deepen strategic alignment
• Drive referrals, co-marketing, enablement, and strategic initiatives
• Design enablement programs so partner teams can identify and refer tax exposure
• Collaborate with Marketing/Sales/Product on campaigns, events, integrations
• Define partner success metrics and report quarterly to execs
• Coordinate across internal teams to expand the ecosystem
• Contribute to overall channel strategy and execution
• Track and report partner performance against KPIs
