Job summary

Betis Group, Inc. is seeking an experienced Accounting Manager to join our Finance team. This on-site role oversees core accounting operations, supervises AP/AR, and ensures compliance with GAAP and tax requirements, reporting to the Director of Finance.

The ideal candidate has 7–10 years of accounting experience, cost accounting exposure, and CPA/CMA certification preferred. This position supports leadership in improving financial operations and timely reporting.

Qualifications

• Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Active accounting certification preferred (CPA or CMA).
• 7–10 years of accounting experience with cost accounting exposure.

Responsibilities

• Oversee month-end and year-end closing activities and support audit and tax preparation.
• Supervise AP/AR functions and maintain the accounting calendar.
• Manage invoice processing, AP and P&L reporting; verify and approve expense reports and AR/AP aging.
• Provide training to AP/AR staff and lead department meetings.
• Prepare electronic MBE/DBE dollar spending reports and assist with PCI certification.
