Job summary

NorthPoint Search Group is seeking an accomplished Accounting Manager to lead daily accounting operations, drive process improvements, and partner with leadership on reporting and analytics.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of progressive accounting experience, CPA preferred, and a track record of strengthening internal controls across multi-site environments. This full-time onsite role offers growth opportunities and a competitive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required.
• CPA designation strongly preferred.
• 5+ years of progressive accounting experience in multi-location environments.
• Strong GAAP knowledge and internal controls.

Responsibilities

• Oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes.
• Manage general ledger and financial reporting accuracy.
• Lead process improvements and strengthen internal controls.
• Supervise, mentor, and develop accounting staff.
• Collaborate with leadership on budgeting, forecasting, and analysis.
• Coordinate external audits.
