Qualifications

• 5+ years of substantive accounting experience, ideally within a law firm or professional services environment.
• Proven ability to supervise and develop staff.
• Ability to work fully on-site, with some flexibility.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the firm’s accounting department, including two accounting clerks.
• Oversee all billing processes, ensuring timely and accurate invoice generation.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements for shareholder review.
• Maintain and improve internal controls, ensuring accuracy across all financial workflows.
