Qualifications

• Experience in healthcare advertising or pharmaceutical marketing agency.
• Experience supporting HCP marketing initiatives.
• Senior Account Supervisor level client-facing experience.
• Strong communication, presentation, relationship-building, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to think strategically while managing day-to-day priorities and execution.
• Experience collaborating across multidisciplinary teams in a fast-paced agency.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment with cross-team collaboration.
• Availability to work Eastern Time Zone business hours.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day client relationships and serve as a trusted point of contact for HCP marketing initiatives.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and successful execution.
• Develop understanding of client objectives, brand priorities, and HCP marketing needs.
