Job summary

Solomon Page is seeking an experienced account lead for a pharma advertising team on a 4-8 week contract. The role focuses on HCP campaigns, acting as the primary client contact and coordinating cross-functional teams to deliver on objectives.

Ideal candidates bring VP/AS/AGS-level account experience and a strong pharmaceutical advertising background with an HCP focus. Dermatology exposure is a plus, with opportunities to mentor junior staff and grow existing relationships.

Qualifications

• Account leadership experience at VP/AS/AGS level is required.
• Strong background in pharmaceutical advertising with an HCP focus.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary day-to-day client contact and manage relationships to meet objectives.
• Lead and oversee account teams across creative, strategy, medical/regulatory, and production to keep projects on track.
• Manage timelines, budgets, and scopes of work, flag risks and ensure on-time delivery.
• Guide development and execution of marketing campaigns aligned with brand goals.
• Present creative work, strategic recommendations, and campaign results to clients.
• Navigate MLR review processes to ensure compliant content delivery.
• Mentor junior account staff and identify growth opportunities within client relationships.
