Job summary

GSW, a full-service healthcare communications agency, seeks a Freelance Account Supervisor to work remotely in the United States. You will partner with the Project Manager and Planner to manage changes to project timing, cost, or workload, build relationships with client contacts, and assist in briefing and approvals to drive brand objectives.

The role requires ~5 years of pharma client experience, multitasking under pressure, and strong knowledge of pharmaceutical marketing and competition.

Qualifications

• ~5 years of client experience in a pharmaceutical advertising agency.
• Ability to multitask and perform under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong knowledge of general pharmaceutical marketing, disease states, product science, and competitive landscape.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Project Manager and Planner to manage changes affecting timing, cost, or workload.
• Build relationships with customer contacts and colleagues to support strategic branding and business needs.
• Assist in writing project briefs and securing signed copies from customer.
• Orchestrate pre-kickoff meetings and initiation of new customer requests.
• Manage budgetary needs in partnership with the Planner.
• Lead the team with creative services to deliver on-brand, on-target work on time and on budget.
• Facilitate cohesive team communication for project management.
