Job summary

Real Chemistry is seeking an Account Supervisor to join our growing team. You will serve as the primary liaison between clients and internal teams, ensuring projects stay on time and within budget while delivering high-quality work.

This role can be remote within the United States or based in our NYC, Boston, Chicago, or Philadelphia offices. You’ll lead client strategies, mentor junior staff, and collaborate to drive impact in healthcare advertising.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Advertising, or related field.
• 2–3 years of experience in Account Management.
• Strong understanding of pharmaceutical marketing regulations (FDA).
• Strong leadership abilities to motivate cross-functional teams.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; organized with multitasking.

Responsibilities

• Be the primary contact for assigned client accounts and manage relationships.
• Develop strategies with clients and internal teams to meet goals.
• Oversee day-to-day client projects, timelines, budgets, and resources.
• Lead regular meetings with clients to review progress and opportunities.
• Mentor junior team members to support their development.
