Job summary

SouthEnd Exteriors, a Division of US LBM Holdings, LLC, seeks an Account Coordinator to assist Account Managers with sales support and product knowledge for major accounts. This role processes accounts payable/receivable, maintains records, and coordinates deliveries and installations in an office setting.

Ideal candidates will have a high school diploma, at least two years of AR experience, and strong customer relations and communication skills. Experience with building materials is a plus.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• At least 2 years accounts receivable experience.
• Proficient with calculator, CRT, cash register, and AR software.
• Knowledge of building supplies or construction industry.

Responsibilities

• Support Account Managers with sales presentations and joint sales calls.
• Respond to inquiries regarding product selection, pricing, orders, quotes, deliveries and scheduling.
• Process orders, credit returns, and service requests; maintain records.
• Prepare estimates; price materials for quotes and orders; write order tickets.
• Coordinate purchase and delivery of special products and obtain pricing specifications.
• Inform scheduler of customer needs and expedite rush orders; communicate delivery dates.
• Check back orders and resolve billing issues; compile data for closing.
• Maintain stock levels on the sales floor and in the stockroom.
• Record and deposit credit and cash; assist with quotes and inter-store transfers.
• Provide clerical support by filing, sorting and mail.
