Responsibilities

• Provide support to Account Managers and assist with sales presentations.
• Respond to inquiries on product selection, orders, pricing, quotes, and deliveries.
• Obtain orders, enter work orders, returns, and service requests; file paperwork.
• Prepare estimates, price material for quotes, and write order tickets.
• Coordinate purchase and delivery of special products; check pricing specs.
• Maintain stock levels on the sales floor and in the stockroom.
