Job summary

CLEAResult is seeking an Associate Account Manager to strengthen existing relationships and develop new partnerships. The role requires regular in-person and phone meetings to support distributor partners.

You will be resourceful, resilient, and kind, travel within a defined territory, and work with cross-functional teams to design and deliver proposals while maintaining and expanding accounts.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years of relevant experience.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Training, certifications, or education can substitute for degree.
• Proficiency with MS Office and various proprietary systems.

Responsibilities

• Maintain current accounts and develop new accounts for lower kWh goals for one or more programs.
• Act as local, on-site program and company representative to customers and contractors; to encourage participation and deliver proposals.
• Troubleshoot technical problems and provide training on installation, adaptation, configuration or enhancement per client specs.
• Document customer and contractor interactions to adhere to program requirements. Provide input and status updates to program staff.
• Travel throughout a defined territory with a limited geographic coverage or lower-tier client impact.
