Job summary

CLEAResult is seeking a Senior Program Manager to lead a large-scale CNI energy efficiency program for a major utility client in Pennsylvania. You will direct all phases from inception through completion, serving as the primary client-facing leader responsible for cost, schedule, and performance.

Ideal candidates have 8+ years in program management, 5+ years of people leadership, a Bachelor's degree (MS/MBA preferred), and strong forecasting and contracting skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; MS/MBA preferred.
• 8+ years of project or program management experience.
• 5+ years of people management experience.
• Experience leading large cross-functional teams.
• Strong client-facing communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Direct all phases of the client program from inception to completion.
• Own the cost, implementation, and performance with forecasting and reporting.
• Participate in the negotiation of contracts and contract changes.
• Coordinate business plans, work statements, budgets, and terms.
• Serve as primary client contact and lead program review sessions.
• Develop new business or expand the program's scope with the client.
• Lead cross-functional program teams across multiple functions.
