Philip Morris International U.S. is seeking a Senior Specialist Strategic Account Performance to analyze sales data, provide strategic insights, and support account planning across key customers in the U.S.

You will partner with Account Managers to optimize promotions, pricing, and brand performance while driving ROI. The role requires strong analytical and stakeholder-management skills, the ability to work across levels, and the capability to manage multiple priorities in a hybrid work

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, economics, marketing, or related field; advanced degree preferred.
• Strong analytical, organizational, communication, and management skills.
• Ability to work effectively across all levels of the organization and manage multiple priorities with accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Analyze sales data from multiple sources to deliver actionable insights.
• Evaluate promotions and campaigns within accounts and propose improvements.
• Collaborate with Account Managers to understand client needs and opportunities.
• Prepare presentations and reports for internal and external stakeholders.
• Analyze market trends, competitive activity, and promotions to drive growth.
• Lead planning and optimization of promotional programs and pricing ROI.
• Stay current on industry trends and foster strategic partnerships.
