Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, commerce, engineering, mining, or related field.
• Minimum five years in industrial, mining, or B2B commercial roles.
• Strong negotiation, pricing, and contract-management experience.
• Experience developing long-term customer growth plans and strategies.
• Proficient with Excel/PowerPoint and CRM systems.

Responsibilities

• Drive commercial excellence across assigned Western-region accounts with pricing, forecasting, and contract management.
• Develop and execute strategic account plans to identify growth opportunities.
• Lead customer negotiations, pricing discussions, and contract renewals.
• Coordinate responses to RFPs, RFQs, and competitive bids.
• Collaborate with Operations, Logistics, Finance, and Legal to deliver value and service.
