Job summary

Real Chemistry is seeking an Account Manager to join the Rad Science team in a hybrid capacity. The role can be based in any US office—New York City, Boston, Chicago, Indianapolis, or San Francisco—or remotely within the US, depending on team needs.

You will oversee client notes, coordinate resources for project scopes, ensure SOP adherence, and collaborate closely with the PM to meet timelines and budget expectations. Opportunities in new business and client relationship building are available.

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating complex projects across multiple teams.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, art, or related field, or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee meeting notes, prepare client-facing recaps and distribute to stakeholders.
• Develop and own strategic operational plans to service project scopes while balancing client expectations and execution.
• Follow client SOPs and support milestones, reviews, and submissions.
• Collaborate with Project Manager to ensure smooth production of all scopes of work.
• Support in new business opportunities and assist in creating proposals/SOWs.
