Qualifications

• Proven ability to build executive-level relationships and manage many accounts.

Responsibilities

• Manage a dedicated portfolio of customer accounts with proactive engagement.
• Conduct quarterly account reviews to assess needs and opportunities.
• Focus on revenue growth and upsell within existing client base, achieving quota targets.
• Engage at the executive level to align Granite products with clients’ strategic goals.
• Develop deep product knowledge to position the best solutions for each client.
• Maintain proactive client communication to build trust and address evolving needs.
• Create strategic account plans to drive growth and account expansion.
