Job summary

Orkin is seeking an Account Manager to build lasting relationships with commercial clients, perform on-site inspections, and design service plans that deliver results. You will drive growth, present solutions, and maintain accounts as the trusted advisor.

No pest-control experience is required; paid training, a company vehicle, and performance-based rewards support your success at Orkin.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Must be willing to obtain pesticide license within first 90 days with company support.
• Ability to climb, crawl, and access tight spaces; lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Build credibility and long-term relationships with commercial clients.
• Achieve sales goals through prospecting, networking, and expanding accounts within territory.
• Conduct interior and exterior inspections; full paid training provided.
• Deliver presentations highlighting Orkin’s value and close business.
• Serve as main contact to strengthen retention and partnerships.
• Use company iPad to prepare proposals and manage pipeline.
