Job summary

Orkin, LLC is hiring a Commercial Account Manager to lead business development, grow existing commercial accounts, and deliver exceptional customer experiences. You’ll thrive on building relationships, identifying opportunities, and closing deals within a trusted pest-control leader with nearly 125 years of experience.

The role offers base pay with uncapped commissions, a company vehicle after training, and a comprehensive benefits package including health, 401(k) with match, and paid time off.

Qualifications

• Minimal 2 years outside sales, account management, or business development.
• Proven ability to achieve or exceed sales targets.
• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Self-motivated with excellent time management abilities.
• Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record.
• Ability to obtain pesticide license/certification (company paid) if required.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with commercial clients.
• Generate new business through prospecting, networking, and referrals.
• Conduct facility inspections and identify opportunities for service expansion.
• Present customized solutions and negotiate/close sales.
• Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals.
• Partner with operations teams to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
• Maintain a robust sales pipeline and track activities in company systems.
• Participate in local business organizations and events to increase market presence.
