Kurita America Inc. in Phoenix, AZ is seeking an Account Manager to support and expand the Kurita business with TSMC in Arizona.

You will develop customer relationships, coordinate proposals, and drive long-term growth across semiconductor projects. You will collaborate with engineering, project management, construction, procurement, and our Japan headquarters to expand opportunities, manage the sales pipeline, and ensure customer satisfaction during project execution.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Marketing, or a related field.
• 3+ years in sales, account management, business development, or customer-facing project coordination.
• Experience in B2B sales or industrial customer support.
• Strong written and verbal communication in English.
• Ability to work independently and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders.
• Experience with semiconductor, industrial, EPC, construction, manufacturing, or water treatment industries.

• Develop and maintain strong business relationships with TSMC stakeholders in Arizona.
• Serve as a key customer contact for sales-related communication and opportunity development.
• Identify and pursue new project opportunities within TSMC facilities.
• Coordinate proposal development with engineering, project management, construction, procurement, and Japan HQ teams.
• Support quotations, contract negotiations, and cost reimbursement processes.
• Maintain sales pipeline, opportunity tracking, and project forecasts.
• Monitor TSMC expansion plans and competitor activities.
• Collaborate across teams to ensure customer satisfaction during project execution.
