Job summary

Senior Metal Bellows is seeking an Account Manager to own key customer relationships and drive revenue in a technical manufacturing environment. You will work with Engineering, Operations, Quality, and Leadership to deliver custom-engineered solutions from inquiry to delivery.

This role requires strong relationship-building, forecast accuracy, and collaboration with Business Development to capture opportunities across existing and new markets.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary contact for assigned accounts, managing activities to meet forecasts and maintain accurate forecasts for repeat and new programs.
• Monitor trends, market developments, customer needs, and competitors to identify opportunities.
• Partner with Business Development to identify and capture new opportunities with existing and new customers across markets.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to generate timely, accurate quotations and proposals.
• Develop pricing proposals and work with Engineering, Business Development, and Sales Leadership to finalize pricing and terms.
