Senior Metal Bellows is seeking a Recruiting Coordinator to support the Talent Acquisition Lead throughout the recruiting process. You will manage applicant activity, identify qualified candidates, conduct initial phone screens, and coordinate interviews and hiring manager feedback.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, HR, Business, or 2+ years recruiting experience.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accurate information.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple open positions and projects simultaneously.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, including phone screens.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Teams, Word, and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Monitor the applicant tracking system daily and identify qualified candidates.
• Maintain accurate candidate records, screening notes, and statuses.
• Source candidates via LinkedIn and other channels and conduct outreach.
• Conduct initial phone screens to assess qualifications and expectations.
• Coordinate and schedule Teams interviews with proper invitations.
• Schedule onsite interviews, prepare agendas, and share arrival details.
• Assist with interview close-outs and gather candidate feedback.
• Schedule debrief meetings and follow up on hiring decisions.
• Maintain timely communication with candidates throughout the process.
• Assist with job postings, recruiting trackers, and other projects.
