Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of mechanical product design experience in manufacturing.
• Proficiency with SolidWorks and PDM/PLM systems and GD&T knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop custom metal bellows, assemblies, tooling, and fixtures per SolidWorks and ASME Y14.5.
• Create detailed drawings, 3D models, BOMs and documentation for manufacturing.
• Translate customer specs into manufacturable designs.
• Support prototype testing, design verification, and product qualification activities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize performance, cost, and manufacturability.
