Job summary

Senior Metal Bellows is seeking a Technical Project Engineer to lead and coordinate engineering projects for custom metal bellows assemblies. You will work with design, manufacturing, quality, and sales teams to meet customer specs, quality, cost, and schedule targets.

The role requires a mechanical engineering degree with 3+ years of experience, strong project management, and DFMA expertise, in a fast-paced environment. On-site position in Massachusetts with competitive pay and benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering or related field required.
• 3+ years of relevant experience required.
• Ability to independently solve routine engineering problems and contribute to project deliverables.
• Experience handling moderately complex projects with some autonomy.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate engineering projects from design through delivery.
• Review requirements, perform analyses, and support DFMA optimization.
• Collaborate with design, manufacturing, quality, and sales teams to meet schedules and budgets.
• Develop and maintain project documentation and test plans.
• Provide technical guidance to junior engineers and technicians.
