Have you ever wanted to be among the first Sales Reps hired for a startup company? This is an Account Manager opening with a startup company in the compounding pharmacy space.

Job Description:

• Closely analyze prescription data to segment performance tiers, uncover growth opportunities, and spot inactive vs. active accounts
• Execute and develop engagement strategies to drive clinic-level adoption via in-person visits, phone calls, and email
• Maintain and build strong relationships with clinic stakeholders to ensure satisfaction and retention
• Ensure clinics are educated and supported and partner with internal teams on upcoming product launches
• Grow and manage pharmaceutical company partnerships to position the company's pharmacy as the preferred provider
• Provide patient support as needed
• Optimize operations and deliver feedback from the field while working cross-functionally

Job Requirements:

• 2-5 years of experience in account management, healthcare, and customer service
• Must have strong communication skills
• Must be comfortable analyzing data within accounts to spot growth opportunities
