Base pay range

$65,000.00/yr - $70,000.00/yr

Additional compensation types

Commission

This role can be located anywhere within the US (Eastern or Central time zones are highly preferred). You will perform a high volume of daily calls communicating with client to understand customer needs, convey to team, and work together in order to fulfill the opportunities within the account. Travel will be required on an as-needed basis.

Responsibilities

• Work cross functionally within the company to communicate with all stakeholders in customers' success
• Create, build, and maintain relationships with customer to be a trusted partner
• Document all contact information and notes of conversations within internal systems daily

Qualifications

• 3+ Years account management experience in an IT Staffing agency
• Client relationship and business development in a named enterprise account
• Articulate and well accustomed to a client facing role
• Documented record of meeting/exceeding quotas in a metrics-focused environment
