Blacksmith Agency is a remote digital agency offering paid media, SEO, CRO and web services for marketing-led brands. As Strategic Account Manager you own an established book of recurring agency clients, ensuring retention and growth.

Our sales team wins new clients; you keep them and grow them. You will manage relationships across client portfolios, drive renewals, identify expansion opportunities, and contribute to a seven-figure annual quota.

Qualifications

• Agency account management experience in marketing/digital/creative/advertising.
• Track record of keeping clients and selling more work with verifiable numbers.
• Comfort carrying a quota.
• Clear, calm communication with senior client stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Retain and renew clients across your book and monitor for drift.
• Upsell and expand by finding the next project for each client.
• Manage a seven-figure annual quota across retention and upsells.
• Collaborate with strategists and delivery teams to present one clear voice to clients.
