Job summary

Hopkins Printing seeks an Account Manager to manage and grow a portfolio of customer accounts in Columbus, OH. You will be the primary contact, understand client needs, and coordinate with internal teams to deliver printing solutions.

Responsibilities include maintaining relationships, identifying opportunities to expand services (Offset, Digital, Wide Format, Mailing), and ensuring on-time production and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred.
• Two years of account management, sales, or CRM experience preferred.
• Experience with commercial printing or related industries preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills required.

Responsibilities

• Manage an assigned portfolio of customer accounts and be the primary contact.
• Develop understanding of customers’ business needs and opportunities.
• Coordinate responses and ensure on-time production documentation.
• Identify new opportunities and drive revenue growth within accounts.
