Job summary

Baesman Group, Inc. is seeking an experienced Print Account Manager in Columbus, OH. You will manage client relationships, ensure order accuracy, communicate with Production and the Account Director, and drive annual revenue growth for assigned SPOC accounts.

Key responsibilities include precise order entry in Monarch, scheduling updates, client communications, and timely delivery of pricing and change orders. Strong organizational and MS Office skills are essential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of account management experience required.
• 3+ years of experience in print, direct mail and/or signage.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with attention to detail.
• Professional interaction with all levels of staff and clients.
• Highly energetic, with a sense of urgency and strong organizational skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft products (Excel, Word, Outlook).

Responsibilities

• Enter all orders with high accuracy into Monarch.
• Update schedules and orders and communicate changes to clients.
• Provide status updates to clients as directed.
• Escalate issues to Account Director when needed.
• Prepare and deliver estimates to clients.
• Maintain and grow SPOC accounts and maximize market share.
• Provide pricing guidance with Pricing Manager.
• Prepare invoices for change orders and for accounts as needed.
• Conduct annual business reviews with SPOC clients.
